How to determine if your PEQ-15 supports the VIS-OVERRIDE function?

1. Switch to the “0” mode, insert the battery, and observe the indicator light. If the light blinks twice and then goes out, it indicates the presence of the vis-override function.
2. If you purchased the PEQ-15 illuminator directly from Somogear.com, all units ordered from September 22, 2024, come with the vis-override function. (Otherwise, it can only use basic functions and does not have the VIS-OVERRIDE feature.)
